EACH SERVE CONTAINS 800MG OF N-ACETYL L-CYSTEINE (NAC)
In your body the Cysteine (from NAC) combines with Glycine and Glutamine to produce a powerful tri-peptide antioxidant called glutathione. Antioxidants like glutathione help to reduce free radical damage of cells in the body.
Vigorous exercise decreases your bodies amino acid stores and may increase the risk of upper respiratory infections. NAC may help to support your nutrient needs.

DIRECTIONS
