Gear Aid Zipper Lubricant Stick 147ml (5oz) is the surefire way to keep your zips it tip top shape.  Best used as a preventative measure but if you're looking to fix a zip, get some of this stuff, get some hot water (be careful as boiling water burns both skin and neoprene) and mix a tiny lil bit of Zipper Lube. Then, apply the mixture to the zip and zipper.

For protection against the effects of the elements, Zip Tech is the way to go. This lubricant prevents wear from salts, chlorine, sand, rust/corrosion and any organic residues (essential almost any degrading element you can list), you will need Zip Tech. This lubricant can also protect against degradation of plastic and nylon zippers from Ultraviolet Radiation (UV). 

Zip Tech comes in a 14g package and is a heavy duty, industry standard lubricant for multi-dive lubrication of all zippers. This lubricant also suits watertight and airtight zippers. This product is comparatively eco-friendly by the exclusion of silicone and paraffin and is also biodegradable.
