Kayaking and Stand up Paddle Boarding require ultimate freedom of movement. We worked a lot on the fit, went through 5 or 6 pattern adjustments. We see this garment as a performance type garment. We want it snug so it functions well. We’re very happy with how it performs. The Meridian Vest works great as an underlay, even better than neoprene. It’s standalone or layering garment.

Great looking seams, design efforts, doesn’t go straight across. Has a drawstring, another feature great for active watersports, because garments tend to ride up. So if you’re fully wet, you want the garment to be stable and firm in one position. The drawstring placements outside are what holds it in place. Keeping that warmth in there and controlling your core temperature.
