Balance Ultra Ripped is a high protein, gluten free blend of New Zealand sourced Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate. WHEN
Use between meals or 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula.
HOW
Add 28g (1 level scoop) to 200mL of water or skim milk. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. Consume up to 3 serves a day.
